Customer Use of Data – Customers use of this service will only be for legal purposes and will be in compliance of all Federal, State and Local laws.  Customers will not use this service to obtain data for the use of physically harming, emotionally harming or harass other individuals.  The data obtained from this service will not be resold.

Accuracy of Information – The data used in InteliCheck.net may have errors.  Data is sometimes entered poorly and processed incorrectly.  The data from this system should not be definitely accurate.

Limitation of Liability – InteliCheck.net and Protective Services Incorporated does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any the data available through our service.  InteliCheck.net and Protective Services Incorporated and its employees and agents are not liable to any party for any punitive, direct or indirect damages for using our services.

Indemnification – You agree to indemnify and hold InteliCheck.net and Protective Services Incorporated and its employees and agents and all applicable third parties harmless from any claim or loss.

Payments and Refunds – All prices for services are posted with the details of the service.  All sales are final without refund.  Any issued a customer has with a search much be brought to the attention of InteliCheck.net and Protective Services Incorporated within ten (10) days.  After ten (10) days, the customer waives any chance of rectifying the problem.  InteliCheck.net and Protective Services Incorporated will credit the customer in service the equal amount of what InteliCheck.net and Protective Services Incorporated deems appropriate for any errors and/or omissions.

Law – These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania in the USA.  All parties agree that the venue for any dispute arising from this service shall be in the County of Lycoming, Pennsylvania for Federal and/or State court.
