Q         How much of the information is needed to search for an individual?

A          The more information that is entered about the individual, the more accurate the investigation will be.  Full first and last names are essential.  Partial date of birth and social security number is very helpful in eliminating possible name matches if there is more than one person with the same name.

Q         How long does it take to get results once a search is entered?

A          Results are emailed to the e-mail address you provided when you ordered the service.  Standard delivery time is under 24 hours and most times within one hour.

Q         How often are the records updated?

A          Our data is gathered from a number of sources, such as County, State and Federal courthouses as well as other private data sources.  The information in these sources are entered by hand from various clerks and people at the source location, therefore our data is updated as quickly as the persons entering the data at the source locations update the data.

Q         Does the user need to pay if the results are not what he or she was looking for or came back with “No result found” for a particular search?”

A          Yes, the user needs to pay.  “No result found” is a result in searches sometimes.  The only way the user does not need to pay is if the person cannot be found.

Q         Does the person who the search is being conducted on know or find out?

A          No, all searches are confidential.
